NBS provides a catalog (black and white)
of its products for the coming year in January and a flyer in Early December detailing
close-outs, new products and specials. Please inform us of any change of address so that
we may continue to provide this service to you. |

Through our broad network of suppliers,
we can usually get products not stocked by us. Please call or email us if you cannot find
what you are looking for. |

| Gift
Certificates: |
Northern Bass offers gift certificates of
any denomination. Please call us during business hours with your request. Redemption can
be made via any ordering option available. However, if done via the on-line store, please
accompany the order with a separate email providing both the certificate number and the
amount. |

| Payment
Method: |
NBS accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover,
and American Express as forms of payment for on-line orders. Cards are not charged until
an order is pulled and ready for shipment. |

| Returns/Damages: |
Purchased items, unused and in original
packaging, may be returned for full refund to: Northern Bass Supply, 191 Crawley Falls
Road, Brentwood, NH 03833. Should you receive products damaged in shipping, please retain
the package and packing material and call us as soon as possible. We will initiate any
claims from our end and also resend the item(s) in question. |

| Backorders:

NBS strives to maintain its inventory at
a high level, but out-of-stock situations do occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Should
that occur within your ordered items, and said item(s) are due in within a reasonable
period of time, we will backorder and ship when available. Credit card charges for the
backorder are performed when the backordered item(s) are shipped, with no additional
shipping costs imposed. |

EST, will normally be shipped that same, or next available, business day. Should you have
